How do I make an appointment?

If you wish to make an appointment then call our main number - 03 341 8780 - and advise our staff that you wish to attend for an Australian immigration medical examination.

 

The prices for Australian Immigration Medicals:

 

Medical consultation: $195.00 - excluding any blood tests or radiology. Price will vary depending on what tests are required.

 

Fees are subject to change. Please check with Reception when booking.

 

Checklist of requirements for your Australian Immigration medical appointment

 

• - Original Passport with a current validation date - the medical cannot be done without it!
  - eMedical referral letter showing your HAP ID number.
  - As part of the examination you will be required to remove some of your clothing, so please dress accordingly.
  
• - Glasses or contact lenses .
  - A list of current medications that you are taking.
  - All relevant medical notes and reports.
  - Legal Guardian or parent if you are under 16 years of age.
  
• - You will be required to provide a urine sample. If you are female, the medical cannot be completed if you are menstrating as your urine sample cannot be done during this time or within three days of finishing.
• - If you are pregnant, you will require a letter from your midwife.
  
• - An Interpreter - if you do not speak or understand English. Friends, colleagues or family members cannot interpret for you. The Interpreter is at your cost.
  
• - Allow 1.5 hours (90 minutes) per person for the medical.
