How do I make an appointment?

If you wish to make an appointment then call our main number - 03 341 8780 - and advise our staff that you wish to attend for an immigration medical examination.

 

The prices for NZ Immigration Medicals:

 

Medical Consultation: $180.00

Blood Test: $184.00

 

Total to be paid at City Health Medical Centre: $364.00

 

You will be required to pay a $50 deposit. Fees are subject to change. Please check with Reception when booking.

 

Please note that we require at least two hours notice of any cancellation.

 

Requirements for your medical

- Arrive 30 minutes before your appointment time
- Bring your original passport
- Bring your glasses or contact lenses, if you wear them
- A list of current medications that you are taking
- All relevant medical notes and reports
- An interpreter, if one is required

 

As part of the examination you will be required to provide a urine sample. If you are female it is best not to perform the examination during your period as it can affect the results.

 

It usually takes up to one working week for the process to be completed; if you need it in a shorter timeframe please advise us.

 

PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT! WE REQUIRE AT LEAST TWO HOURS CANCELLATION NOTICE.
